Nunziante Magrone

Nunziante Magrone was founded in 1998.  It is an independent Italian law firm with 13 partners and about 40 lawyers. It has offices in Rome, Milan and Bologna.

The firm aims to be strongly rooted in Italy in order to better understand and meet the needs of our domestic clients but, at the same time, pursues an international strategy centred around alliances and bilateral “best friend” relationships with firms in the world’s major jurisdictions to handle international work with absolute efficiency. Our European alliance plays an essential part in delivering these services, both for our clients in Italy and abroad.

Our client list includes companies in real estate and infrastructure, logistics and transportation, pharmaceuticals and agro-alimentary industries, in postal services and telecommunications, finance and information technology. They range in size from small and medium-sized companies to large multinational groups.

The firm’s activities are conducted across four “macro-departments”: Corporate & Finance, Regulatory and Administrative Matters, Domestic and International Taxation and Litigation. The work is handled by teams of professionals picked for their specialisations, linguistic skills and territorial expertise, coordinated by one or more partners.
